As a general guide, 0.75–1.0 sq.mm is used for lighting points and fans, 2.5 sq.mm for general 5/6 A power sockets, and 4.0–6.0 sq.mm for high-load circuits like ACs, geysers, and sub-mains in homes across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal.
The standard packing is a 90-metre coil per box, which is the most common length used by electricians and contractors in North India. 180 m bulk packing can also be arranged on request for project sites, builders, and dealers placing larger orders. Each coil is sealed and labelled with size, colour, and batch details.
Yes. Homefit cables are available in Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green, White and Grey, so you can follow the standard wiring colour code for phase, neutral and earth. For dealer or project orders, specific colour combinations and quantities can be confirmed at the time of enquiry.
